Compensation & Growth
- First 90 Days: $20/hour (goal: $90,000 in written premium)
- After Probation: $55,000 base salary + tiered commission

Requirements
- Willing to obtain CO Property & Casualty, Life & Health licenses
- Denver metro resident (in-office role)
